Hello, I have a Kiyo Razer that recently stopped working. It worked fine for about a year and a half and then now it fails when trying to connect to videoconferencing (Google Meet and Zoom) after being initially recognized and seeing the ring light flicker. The Synapse software sees the Kiyo but when I click on the logo in Synapse it disappears. I cannot tell if this is a hardware or software problem or both?
