So i just got the Kraken 2019 headset (the pink ones are adorable) but i dont see why for the price of these, the audio is just bad. It just sounds REALLY muffled compared to my old headset, but the mic works great on these. Synapse 3 does not detect it, but also Synapse 2 doesn't detect it either. Ive had other headsets that aernt Razer that has been detected on Synapse 2 before but this is just really weird.

Ive tried everything under the sun like uninstalling everything then reinstalling it just to get this to sound clearer but im now completely stumped and really need help. I don't want to have to return this product but im really close to.



Yes im aware of the 7.1 surround sound. No i do not care about the 7.1 surround sound thing. Thats not the problem.
