Kraken 2019 Kitty edition | Item Serial number is unknown
Hi all, I have recently bought the Razer Kraken 2019 Kitty edition.
When trying to register the headphones with razer i get an item serial number is unknown error.
I tried replacing all combinations of 0-s with O-s and still had no luck with getting the serial number accepted by the registration form.
Can you help with registering the headset?
