Kraken (2k19 edition) problem

I have problem with my headset. Synapse is not able to recognize it . Any help ? I have tried everything (reinstaling app,unplug them an plug back,restarting whole laptop with pluged headset... ) I would really love to use them with their whole potential. It´s sad to "waste" 80€ for something that is not functional at all.

    same problem here ! razer synapse 3 cant recognize my razer kraken tornament edition ! ffs , can anybody answer to this ?

    I know this would suck but I once fixed a problem related to Razer Cortex by reinstalling the whole OS. I never wanted to do so but I thought my software is due for a fresh install anyway so I did it.

    If you have a regular Kraken 2019 with just the 3.5mm audio jack, it will not be supported by synapse. However, if you are using the Kraken TE with the USB Audio Controller, that should be recognized by Synapse 3. Moving thread to support section.
