Kraken 7.1 surround sound blinking microphone lights

Had this headset for almost a year now, didnt drop it or anything, its in pristine condition, everytime im done using it, I just put it on the headset stands, and apparently today turned my pc on noticed that the razer icon light’s not coming on by the speaker cups, the light on the microphone is blinking no sounds or anything at all, I also hear a really soft hissing sound. Just basically it disappeared on my devices not showing up anywhere, usually when you try to adjust the volume in your pc you’ll see the options on top of it, it just disappeared gone. Anybody please help?

    I'm inclined to this being a hardware issue. Please try to connect it to another USB port. Let me know if there are any changes. In any case, PM me your serial number to validate the warranty status and look into RMA options. Locking this thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
