Hello I'm having an issue where my 7.1 v2 kraken usb headphones keep connecting and then disconnecting ever 30secs-2minutes while playing video? Can I have some assistance?

    • Update your Windows
    • Update Synapse
    • Try connecting to USB 3.0 above (USB 2.0 has connection issue, I think due to its slow transfer rate)
    • Connect the headset directly to its own port not a multi USB hub
