Kraken 7.1 v2 not recognised is synapse 2.0

I have had my headset for 14+ months with no issue at all, plus the headset still works fine its just the software. recently I have had trouble getting synapse 2.0 to recognised the headset. The last few times I just reinstalled 2.0 and 3.0 and it worked fine after but this time its not having it. I have tried removing all app data from program files and all drivers then restarting my pc, re-installing the software and still nothing, the weird thing is that my black widow chrome v2 is recognised without any issue at all.
