Kraken 7.1 V2 Won't be recognised by synapse.

I've wiped my disks twice lately due to upgrades, so I needed to reinstall synapse 2 each time. The first time I did this, the headphones wouldn't be recognized by synapse, after a lot of trial and error, this was what I did that eventually got them to work. 1) Closed Razer Synapse. 2) Deleted the audio device: CONEXANT USB AUDIO along with drivers in device manager. 3) Plugged the headset into another usb port. 4) Open Razer Synapse. and then it worked. Recently had to wipe everything again, and the same thing happened. This time though, it's not working, I remember when I fixed them the first time, it showed up as 'Razer Kraken 7.1 V2' instead of 'CONEXANT USB AUDIO' after plugging into the other USB port in device manager and I figured that was what was causing the problems. This time, it stays as Conexant usb audio, and I can't figure out why, so I'd appreciate some suggestions?

Try to uninstall the Conexant USB Audio in the Device Manager but this time around, don't unplug the headset and run Windows Updater.
