Kraken BT kitty edition not charging
Hey, I got the bluetooth pink kraken headset from Amazon USA and shipped it to Egypt. Out of the bOx the headset didn’t turn on. So i plugged it using the supplied cable to the headset stand station (razer) and it shows a dimmed red light. After a few hours it turned it on (when plugged) it shined greed then paired with my mobile. The led lights at the side and the top never turned on. Whenever i un plug it from the station it turns off immediately. It seems not charging at all. Can you please suggest a proper solution for my case at it costed me a fortune to send it to Egypt and technically it is not feasible to send ot back. There are many local resellers in Egypt and if i received a defective one please help me to replace from here. I got her for her birthday a razer mic, razer keyboard , razer stand and razer mic in addition to the headset. Please I’m so disappointed.

Sorry to hear about your headset's concern. It seems like the headset has a hardware issue. And yes, Razer is not directly shipping to your region/country.
