i have the kraken cat BT rose quartz and i can figure out whats going on. i can use the headphones as is but when i try to use the mic in the headset it works but it cuts the sound in the headset....ive tried reinstalling the driver and im stumped...

Is the issue happening when Synapse is running in the background? Have you tried connecting the headset to a mobile phone and check if it yields the same issue? Isolate the behavior by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, do send me a PM.
