kraken drivers
I have a razer kraken and I can't download drivers. Synapse 3 isnt working synapse 2 only detects my mouse. When I speak into the mic it's super super super quiet even with all settings turned up.

Please send me the serial number so I can verify the model. If you have a USB variant, I'd appreciate it if you can share a screenshot of how it appears on the Device Manager.
