Based on other submitted questions, I doubt anyone will bother to respond to this, especially support.
First, your $100 Kraken for Console headset sucks.
Second, Synapse 4 doesn’t appear to recognize them even though my research says to use the latest software.
Third, I can’t find any drivers for them.
And finally, when I use them in conference calls, I’m told I sound really bad. Distant and muffled even though the mic is right next to my mouth.
Very disappointing. If I could give negative stars, I would. It’s bad enough the Barracuda headset (Razer as well) didn’t even last a year before the mic stopped working completely.
