Kraken Headset Activation Code Not Working!!!!!

My Kraken headset just arrived and I downloaded the surround sound to use the activation code but it kept saying invalid code and I tried different digits but still no luck. I used the Razer Online Services and requested a new VALID code to activate, entered the serial number and registered my device and at the end I got a message that says "The 7.1 Surround Sound Code is not available, please click here for more information." and it literally directed me to the same first page I was in smh 😕 now what guys????

    i got my headset from amazon and i didnt have a code for my 7,1 surround sound and when i entered my serial number it says my headset isnt eligible for a code
