Kraken Headset won't play audio, mic works

I just put together my PC and whilst putting it together I noticed that I was having trouble with my headset. I bought a iBuyPower prebuilt and noticed that even with the headset jack plugged in correctly I would not hear any audio. I tested the mic and saw that it was being picked up. Not too sure what more I can do. Synapse and Surround sound are downloaded.

    Are you referring to the Razer Kraken (2019)? If you are connecting the headset to a desktop PC, ensure that the audio/mic splitter extension cable is plugged into the correct ports. Refer to the image below: If you have a laptop or smartphone that has an audio/mic combo port, please bypass the splitter and connect the headset's 3.5mm jack directly and see if the issue persists.
