I bought yesterday this headset and since the the intallation I have this crackling sound coming from both headphones; I tried following the steps on the razer site and some other guides from people who were in contact with razer support, but nothing seems to fix my issue.
Any help is welcome

Did you already try the steps here? Try to temporarily disable the Synapse application or test the headset on a different PC. If you're experiencing the same issue, it's apparent that your headset is defective and qualifies for a replacement. Please PM me the serial number of your device with a copy of your receipt to validate this option. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation to private.
