I have found past posts from other people complaining about their headset disconnecting...but there isn't a resolve online?? My headset isn't even a year old yet/very new condition. I rarely used it until just recently. It disconnects on both my mac and PC. I have tried reinstalling Synapse and plugged the USB into all the different ports that are available. Has anyone experiencing this problem found a solution?? It disconnects every 10-15 seconds...absolutely annoying.
