Kraken Kitty headset dropping and popping in ear

I have one of the USB Kraken Kitty headsets and no matter what I do the sound as of late keeps popping. First I thought it was my C drive being full (long story short was running my rig of a tiny drive for a bit) and replaced it. Did that and up until last night everything worked great again. Its like they are disconnecting and reconnecting. Its to the point I cant do something as simple as watch a YouTube video or be in a discord call without it popping repeatedly. 

I've checked the drivers, checked just about everything I can for any updates that could mess with the sound and have reinstalled Synapse and tested with Synapse off, nothing seems to be a permanent fix and Razor support wont let me contact since its out of warranty. 

Please help ;-; its literally the only thing Razor I've had an issue with and its frustrating on trying to fix
