Kraken Kitty Headset Mic picking up audio output

What it says on the tin. This is a recent development with my headset. I'll be chatting in a Zoom call or discord call and if I pull up something to watch real quick as an aside, people say they can hear it in my headset. I haven't had any luck googling the problem - probably not describing it quite right to get the results I want. So I'm putting it to the forum. Has anyone else had this issue? Headset was new at the beginning of 2021. I'm on a Windows 10 laptop from HP.

Please follow the steps on this page for the isolation of the issue. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your headset. I can use it to verify your headset's model and find other possible solutions for this. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
