Kraken Kitty - Usb disconnection issues

I have not had my headphones long. purchased them from amazon. were working fine until recently. They disconnect and reconnect to USB all the time whilst popping in my ear. I've read many threads with this issue but not seen a resolution. have tried many things with USB ports, sound drivers. the synapse software everything. Any advice would be appreciated and if i do need them replacing any advice on how to go about it?
