Kraken Product Number Problem Thingy

I recently just purchased a new keyboard, and I wanted to connect it to my Razer account, which worked successfully. And since I didn't connect my headset when I originally purchased it, I thought it was time that I get around to doing that. Problem is the product number on the box is seemingly invalid, from what I can tell it's one character shorter than it should be. I'm positive entered the number correctly, anyone care to help?

Nevermind. Found the correct product number. Looked under the barcode sticker and there was a slightly different number, either the sticker people messed up or I need glasses.
