Kraken RZ04-0283 Headset Not Linking With Synapse

Hello, Just picked up a kraken rz04-0283 headset with 7.1 and nothing is working with it. I just registered it online on my account. It is not linking up / showing up in synapse. It does not have a usb hookup, only the 3.5mm jacks. I have been trouble shooting it for the last two hours going through forums and videos to to avail. Thoughts?

Analog headsets that have 3.5 mm audio jacks are not supported on Synapse. Please be aware that the app can only detect USB-enabled devices. Most of our USB-enabled devices have Chroma lighting. You can use it as a regular headset unless it is eligible for a 7.1 surround sound activation code.
