Hey guys I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue as well, my razer kitty krakens are having some god awful audio crackling issues, but only when THX is turned on in synapse, so theres something going wonky with the software for it on my pc. Any help would be appreciated! Thx!

I have kraken tiamat and just had a windows update...once the update was done I realized I had crackling with "surround sound ON" razer sound.....I had to turn surround sound OFF to get the crackling to go way...I expect better from Razer.
You're not alone in this issue, I did a fresh install of razer synapse and now surround is missing. I downloaded surround and now my code that I saved in my email from 2015 is "not valid" anymore....
