Hi I just bough a Kraken TE headset, and I think I'm having a problem with the installation. I'm trying to follow the manual that I should pick "Headphones Razer Kraken TE-chat" as my default communication device while Kraken TE- Game as my default device. However, the sound only works with TE-chat, not with the TE-Game. What should I do? I want to experience that THX. Also, I had Razer Kraken Pro and it seems that the sound of my pro is way way louder than my Kraken TE. I hope you guys can help me with my problem.

    First thing you should do is uninstall the headset drivers in the Device Manager then run Windows Update. After that, install Synapse 3.0 so you can toggle THX spatial audio.
