Kraken TE Headset isn't detected by Synapse 3

I have tried many many ways and steps that Ryzer Supporter guided me and they didn't work. Here are the screenshots, please take a look and guide me a solution for this Razer Headset is connected with my computer but it doesn't show up at Synapse. The Razer Audio Controller driver has some problems so a yellow exclamation mark icon is there. The THX Spatial - Synapse driver is the same issue at the driver i have mentioned above. Please help me to fix this.
