Kraken TE low mic and crash problem

Hello, just got the kraken te yesterday. I really like the sound quality but my friends on dc say they couldnt hear me, and i tried to record myself i barely hear my voice. On sidetone and listen this device tab its ok but when it comes to dc or ingame chats its too low. Other problem is on youtube i got audio renderrer error, and game / dc cant hear anything with headset not working when thx turned on. I need to turn off and turn on again thx to use headset. Is there any solution ? Or should i send this to warranty ? Sorry for bad english btw havent used in a while

    Hello! Have you tried to use it with another PC or device to see if the same issue persists? Also, were you using the USB Audio Enhancer when you used the mic? Does the same thing happen if you use the 3.5mm jack?

      hello sorry for delay. I tried it with my phone and one laptop it was same. I used with usb hub and sometimes it crashes and when try listen on youtube it says it crashed i need to reset my comp or smt like that. When i plug via 3.5 mm port to my comp it didnt even see the mic. masi b450m bazooka is my mb. And im in contact with support but they said they couldnt send new one to turkey. They accept that device has problem
