Hello,
I bought a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition a few months ago and it worked fine without any issues. Today it is not recognized by my PC at all, or in Synapse.I've redownloaded Synapse, I've plugged the THX Controller into another device and it's fine, and I've tried the headphones 3.5mm jack on my phone and PC and they work. The Audio Controller however is not recognized in the device manager, sound control panel, anything. I've even done a Clean install of Windows 10 and still nothing. What is going on and how can I fix this? This headset wasn't exactly cheap and I wanted more than 3 months of use out of it.
