Hey guys, yesterday i bought my first Razer product, a Kraken Tournament Edition headset. After looking trough some reviews qith mixed opinions i went for it. I wanted it mostly for my PC where i SimRace. Coming from a PS4 GOLD headset, i was shocked how dull and muddy the audio quality is with the Kraken. The THX option even makes the things worse. Somehow the drivers cannot reproduce some parts of the range, and the result is - a heavy bass (when pushed higher), muddy middles and detached highs. The EQ does not help a lot. Trying the headset with Assetto Corsa Competitione was a bad experience, where the audio is very dull and it;s like you have a cloth covering the speakers. THX was disastrous in this game, made the things even worse. The itself is great, i like how it fit's me, i like the built quality, but sound quality is really low for that price tag. Is there a way i can enhance it ? I really want to find a good balance and keep the headset.

    Going trough the other thread i only have the option to test and remove the remote, and go down to version 2 of the software. I doubt it will make miracles but will give it a go.

    Hi there! Have you tried reinstalling Synapse 3 to see if it helps?
