Hello.
I've tried (almost) everything that's been suggested to fix this problem. It all started all of a sudden in November when the mic on my Kraken Chroma stopped working for no apparent reason. I've never touched the settings for the mic. Ever. I've also always been keeping my drivers updated, I have a driver update software! So when I purchased these new headphones for my Christmas gift I must say that I've been more than disappointed that the mic still doesn't work. Also I must point out that I've deleted all Razer software from my computer. They. Never. Work. Updates didn't fix them either.
Please help.
PS I have a HP Envy laptop. Windows 10 64-bit.

Please send me the serial number and a list of all the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. This way, we can avoid as many redundancies as possible. I'd appreciate it if you can include screenshots of the mic settings on Synapse and Windows Sound Control Panel.
