Kraken Tournament Edition - THX Spatial Audio not working.
I've already chatted to a representative on support, and after everything he/she has offered to help with, nothing worked.
I've tried every solution on the internet including his support, and he eventually said I should get a replacement since it was from Amazon... It arrived today and to no avail, THX is still not working.
I've done everything in the book and looking for any advice, I've already tried restarting, reinstalling, plugging into another USB, resetting my PC, it just isn't working.
It worked before and to be honest I really don't want to return them... Not after I experienced the difference between normal stereo & THX.

puggyy1and here weird thing again. After i log in with my razer id mixer was gone again. I logged of and continue as a guest it seems working now.
My windows was 20h2 before. I installed clean windows now. I unplugged everything but a4 tech mouse. After windows install completed i installed razer synapse without any usb device. After this first i plugged my razer viper and reboot then updated with synapse. I did the same with blackwidow and finally i did it for blackshark v2. Now its working. I didnt update and windows thing. After realtek driver its still okey. Now im installing other drivers and i'll see if its working or not.
puggyy1Ok that sounds like a good start. Let me know if you install anything that breaks it. What version of windows are you on now? Maybe I should try uninstalling my Realtek drivers...

Meisner57seems like, after played apex legends once the all game profiles gone again. Then only apex showed up. And it was gone again once. Im on windows 20H2 right now. Realtek might be a problem im not sure or steam i dont know. I didnt install anything else. Now its working but idk after reboot i guess its gonna stop again
Sounds like your synced profiles have some how carried the issue with you.

Hello everyone, I'm having the same issue here. I have the Razer Kraken TE and THX Spatial - Synapse doesn't work. My headphones are just working with Razer Audio Control - Game. This issue occured since I have updated Windows to its latest version, but I can read that I'm not the only one having this problem. Do we just have to wait for drivers to be upgraded? Just for those who haven't checked... I was having issues with my THX spatial audio not working and apparently overnight the chat/game volume dial got turned all the way down. If you are not paying attention and this dial is all the way down YOU WILL NOT GET ANY SOUND.... I was only able to get sound when my sound settings were set to the chat version of the headset, not the game, and especially not the THX audio. great way to waste like 3 hours uninstalling and reinstalling drivers...

Contacted Razer several times, going through all sort of steps just to end up with hearing it's a third party problem and the issue isn't on their side. Such bs tbh. Equalizer just stops working completely randomly and sometimes when I start an app (Usually with a game) my sound quality changes.
