Hello! When a headsets is connected, the PC cannot go to sleep mode and stand by the display. I've tested this on 3 Windows 10 (20H2) computers and it's the same everywhere.
I've tried reinstalling the operating system, unplugging all devices, reinstalling Synapse 3 (latest version) , none of it helps. All these basic tips are known to me and this problem should really be known to you, but for some reason it hasn't been fixed yet. How can I fix this?

Will there be any official response from Razer? I contacted the technical support chat and they promised that they would contact me, but so far this hasn't happened
I mean, I am allowed to lock my [laptop's] screen on a windows. I use a laptop and I have had no problems yet.

I have the same issue with my Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headphones. They come with a USB sound card (kind of a USB dongle with control buttons into which the headphone's jack is connected).
Now, if I disconnect this USB sound card, the PC is able to sleep the monitor (switch it off) after the set period of time. When the Kraken is connected (via the USB dongle/card) the monitor sleep does not work (switches the screen off but it comes back on in a second again).
Googled and tried whatnot, without success, any ideas?

For a month now I have been in correspondence with technical support, but they don't want to fix anything. They don't know exactly when this will happen and they constantly ask for the same information
