Kraken Ultimate causing booting lag

So, recently I bought Kraken Ultimate and I really enjoyed using it until I rebooted my PC and realized it's causing booting lag. If I plug off Kraken, booting speed gets back to normal speed, so I think its a problem with Kraken. Also, I'm using Viper Mini for mouse but it didn't cause any problem. If anyone know about this problem please help me. (Sorry for bad english, I'm Japanese) (My PC) Windows 10 CPU: Ryzen 3 2200g Mainboard: Gigabyte a320m-s2h-cf GPU: Radeon RX570 8GB

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Have you tried connecting the headset to a different USB port or computer and see if the issue persists? If you are using a PC, please use your rear USB ports and see if it helps. Else, please run Windows updates and check if it has an available BIOS update. Please also check if you have a "removable device" as part of your BIOS boot order. If yes, please remove it or change it below your normal SSD or HDD.
