Kraken Ultimate - volume issue

Hello. My Kraken Ultimate is very loud. I use it at 12-16% to keep my ears from going deaf. The Synapse volume setting is tied to the Windows setting and it's the same as the volume knob on the Kraken. Has anyone dealt with something like that too? I have an MSI motherboard if it is of any help, also using Realtek audio drivers for the speakers. Regards.

    Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Were there any changes made to your system/device before the issue? If the behavior continuous, please send me the serial number of your headset that starts with "SN" via PM. Let's continue from there.
