Kraken V2 microphone self muting

The microphone on the kraken keeps muting itself, bought around 2 years ago. It started happening today (12/06/2020) and after some messing around I managed to get synapse 2 working in which I could unmute, but it would then just mute itself again. For the duration of being unmuted; by using listen to device, the microphone doesn't sound like it has any issues, no static or dropped data. I have done some scans which returned nothing so I'd assume theres something wrong with the headset itself or synapse.

    Please check if this has anything to do with the positioning of the mic. Although RMA is off the table, I can still help you try to isolate the issue. Shoot me a PM with the serial number of the headset. I'll take it from there.
