Kraken v3 headset not working


I got this headset a couple months back and it's been giving me a warning when I mess with the cord accidentally (like bumping into it). This started about a week ago and it's gotten worse since. My Mac keeps giving the warning "USB accessories disabled, unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices" Would i need to replace the headset?

Did you replicate this behavior by connecting the headset to another USB port or computer with or without a Razer Synapse installed? And yes, you can ask for a warranty claim from the store where you purchase the device.
