Hello, 

 

I recently updated the firmware on my kraken v3 pro and my dongle no longer works. 

 

Synapse 3 and 4 do not recognize, I tried pairing utility which does not detect the dongle no matter the usb used, firmware updater no longer works either, I uninstalled and reinstalled everything and must have done 30 restarts throughout my attempts at least. I updated everything on my computer to be updated.

 

I am thinking that the usb dongle broke during firmware update. Is it possible to get a new one? Or is there something else I can try?

    Hi CAPOLIVIA,

    I understand that the Razer Kraken V3 Pro dongle is no longer detected. To isolate the issue, ensure the device is plugged in directly to a PC and not a USB hub. Also, try the headset on a different computer. If the headset is working properly on a different device, the issue could be due to a defective computer or device USB port. PM me the Razer Kraken V3 Pro serial number and proof of purchase so I can check its warranty. Thanks!
