i got the headset as a Christmas gift 2023 and have been fighting back the cracks on the headband ends from the 4 month mark, however they are now beyond any kind of corrective maintenance i can carry out and am looking for an actionable solution for the issue. there have been no major bumps, bends or knocks. the rest of the headset is still in great condition as i try my best to look after my electronics.

I’m sorry to hear about what happened to your headset. Were there any incidents with your headset before the issue? i.e. dropped. Did you happen to use more force than usual when removing the headset? Were there any incidents of pulling or tugging the headsets, making it stretch beyond its limit?
