kraken v3 pro no sound after using pairing utility

so i just got my new computer and after setting up synapse all my accessories (mouse/keyboard/Tartarus) and everything else showed up except my kraken v3 pro but it did pair with the dongle and I did get sound from my computer.. now though after I used the razer headphone pairing utility there is no sound.. it does give a sound that its connected to the dongle then nothing else.. it does not show up in sound output or anything.. did the pairing utility brick my headphones or?

update.. the headphones detect the dongle and pair to it.. it just does not show up in sound outputs or razer synapse.. although when i connect to my ps5 it does receive audio from there

running the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool seems to have fixed it and at least synapse 4 is detecting them so it seems like it is fixed
