At first, the headphones stopped showing up in Synapse. After the update they don’t connect to the dongle. After the last (next) update, the headphones also stopped turning on (the light doesn’t even blink), but there is a micro sound that they are trying to turn on. I think that the firmware that should go to the dongle was installed on the headphones and vice versa. What to do ? Pairing Utility also does not work because it says “unable to connect”

Hi ganjaman007,
Let’s try to performing a factory reset on your Razer Opus headset to see if that resolves the issue. To do this, you can press and hold the multifunction button and the ANC button simultaneously for about 10 seconds. After the reset, try to pair the device again with the dongle and check if they function properly. If the issue persists, please PM me your headset serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for replacement options. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
