Hello, today I bought a Razer Kraken V3 headset from the store, but I feel like I've made a big mistake. Despite trying everything, the sounds I hear during gameplay are extremely muffled and give me a headache. When I speak with my microphone, my friends say my voice sounds terrible, and they are practically begging me to mute myself. I paid $88.64 for this headset (the price in Turkey is 2,999.25 TL, which is very expensive for us), and I can't return it because I opened the packaging. Please help me figure out how to fix this issue. I don't want to regret buying this product.
I apologize to the Razer community, but I can swear that the quality of the cheap headset I bought two years ago as a temporary solution is better than my new one :(
