my code on my headset is RRRAZRZO40375 but its only 13 characters and Razor is saying I need a 15 character code. I’m confused and would greatly appreciate some help on this. I don’t have the receipt anymore since it’s been a while so I don’t have the exact date of when I purchased it.

Did you purchase the device brand new? Please refer to this link how to check your device serial number. You can also PM me the photo of your headset serial number and proof of purcahse for me to verify. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
