My Kraken V3 X plastic headband recently broke in-between where the cushion stops, looking if anyone knows where to find a replacement or if my warranty is still active (I got it from walmart about 4 months ago)

Thank you for sharing your KRAKEN V3 X experience, my headband has also suffered a triple cracking and I am here today to see whether even a pro-rated “Repair” option exists?  Since my headset was also purchased at Walmart, my first intuition was to return the headset there and speak with a store manager about replacing it.  However, when I visited the Walmart on a Saturday they advised coming in during normal business hours on a weekday would be better.

The KRAKEN V3 X headset performed VERY nicely, so I have no problem with the quality of the sound or the comfort of this headset.  I was surprised and a bit shocked when the headset stopped “gripping my head” one day while using these for my Work from Home (WFH) job.  Noticing the cracks I searched the Internet and viewed some discussion about OTHERS having had this same issue.

NOTED HERE:  I see your Post is labeled as, “2 years ago” with 57 views and no other comments.  That leads me to believe someone is not monitoring the INSIDER discussions or at least was not monitoring them going back to around the time you posted.  Unfortunate.

I hope you found a solution to the headband issue.
