Kraken V4 Pro - Firmware available / Firmware Update Required

Hi

After I had bought Kraken V4 Pro I updated firmware ver. 1.2_r4

But when I connect my Kraken to PC using USB cable I an always informed that Firmware Update Required

So I visit website https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14927 , and there is still the same  firmware ver.1.2_r4

 After dowloading again I follow steps:

So “No update required” because I have already updated.

But any time I connect the headset to PC information about new firmware is displayed

 

Is a new firmware available or not?

New firmware

available

But nothing changed - after updating and connecting USB cabel to the headset directly I can see 

What firmware is availabe if I have just updated both OLED Control Hub and the headset

i have exact same issue. it seems my brand new headset has a shorter battery life now after updates that i have to use cable directly and everytime its connected it pops up with firmware update. i would say it a bug relating to the fact that its not connected via dongle thus not detecting the firmware correctly. i just ignore and hope razer reads this and fixes the bug

I still have a notification for an update, and every time I visit the website it states the website is “undergoing maintenance”.  This has been the case for at least the last 10 days or so.

Also just purchased the Kraken V4 Pro, and getting a notification that a firmware update is required only to find that the web page is under going maintenance. I dont think being told to disable the software until its available is a reasonable response for a brand new out of the box $400 headset.


Do we have some kind of Info on when the page for the updater will be out of maintenance?

I already updated but am still getting this message.

 


I have the same issue as MasterBiz89, and I’m not able to hear any sound when in wireless mode. Don’t know how to fix this issue. Help please, thanks.
