Kraken v4 pro, haptics won't work

I recently purchased a Kraken V4 Pro headset and, while I’m really satisfied with the audio clarity and quality, I couldn’t make the haptics work. I’ve tried every available setting and the headset simply won’t vibrate. It’s worth noting that I also have a Razer Freyja that works flawlessly and that when I turn the headset on, I can feel a vibration for a nanosecond coming from the headset. Please advise, thank you.

    Please check if Razer Synapse 4 is running and the "Haptic Intensity" is toggled on within Synapse. Moreover, confirm that the audio volume is sufficient and that the audio signal is detected in the Audio-to-Haptics profile. Otherwise, consider factory resetting the Kraken V4 Pro within Synapse. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
