Kraken V4 wireless headset

My Kraken V4 wireless headset worked fine since purchase but in the last few weeks there seems to be an issue.

Everything seems ok, then ALL sound drops and I have to restart PC to get it back.

When this happens mid game I am forced to switch to my older wired headset to continue.

Any help appreciated

Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this article and check if the issue continues? Please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
