The headset keeps disconnecting and freezing the computer. With another, older model, there is no problem at all. I noticed this happens after a sound is played or while changing settings in Synapse.

Hi there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update your Kraken’s firmware. If that didn’t work out, then drop me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
