Kraken X - 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code is Invalid
I bought a Kraken X from razer official store and it comes with activation code but it is invalid. Please help. Thanks!

Try using English US keyboard format
We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work.
If it still does not work, wait for one of the official RAZER support to get through to all of you through this thread and, prepare the followings~~~
- Name
- S/N
- P/N
- Photo of proof of purchase (legal receipt)
- Photo of activation code
- Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
