[Kraken X] Can't select my headset for 7.1

Hello everyone. I've just bought a Razor Kraken X. Right now I've activated the code for the 7.1 audio but the program dont allow me to select the headphones. I can hear normally everything but I cant enable the 7.1 As you can see on the image below, the option is grayed out. What can I do? My Laptop is an Acer Aspire 5. Thanks to you all.

    Were you able to make this work before? For now, please perform a clean reinstallation of the app by following the steps on this page. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use it to verify its model and check if there's a specific way to sort this out. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
