Hello I just bought razer kraken lite but I can’t active the 7.1 surround sound can u help me?

What’s the error message? By the way, are you referring to the THX Spatial audio or 7.1 Surround Sound? Let me know via PM and include your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our system.
