Kraken X surround sound code / Website failure

Hello, I have lost the scratch card for my Kraken X. I have gone through the request a new code system via the website. I provided proof of purchase and the serial number and it takes me all the way to "here is your activation code" then says "The 7.1 Surround Sound Code is not available, please click here for more information." Which takes me back to the start of the process.
