Hello there, So far i am really liking the Kraken X. But when i wanted to activate the 7.1 surround sound through the Key that was provided with the product the middle of the "rub away" area started flaking away when i rubbed it away with a coin. Now the middle part is not readable anymore. Is there anything possible to do? I can provide Photos and billing stuff to verify i bought the product new and unused. So far, Best regards.
